Why a fixed price? Because you know from day one what you will pay. It covers the whole scope on this page: strategy, design, development, up to three languages, SEO and AI visibility. No extra hours and no surprises; only the domain and hosting are paid separately, at cost.

Clear conditions
So we both knowexactly what to expect.
- We work 100% online. There are no on-site visits or photo and video shoots: we use your material and create imagery with AI.
- Scope is fixed in the signed proposal. Anything outside it is quoted separately before we do it.
- Two rounds of changes in the design phase and two in the build phase.
- Typical timeline: 8 to 10 weeks, counted from the day we receive your materials.
- Approvals and feedback within 5 working days keep the project on schedule.
- Domain, hosting and accounts are in your name. The code is yours once the project is paid.
- Third-party services (domain, hosting, email tools) are billed by their providers.
- After the 30 days of care, maintenance and new features are optional and quoted separately.
The full conditions are in the proposal you sign. Nothing starts without both of us agreeing on paper.

FAQ
Frequent questions.
Do you come to my clinic or office?
No. Everything is 100% online: calls, workshops, reviews and approvals. There are no on-site photo or video shoots.
Do I need to have texts and photos ready?
No. We write the copy from interviews with you and create images with AI when there is no photography. If you have material, we use it.
Can I edit the website myself later?
Texts and images live in simple content files that we can update in minutes. If you need a visual editor, we agree it in the proposal.
Will the 3D effects slow down my website?
No. Effects load only where they add value, adapt to each phone and respect people who prefer reduced motion.
Is the fixed price valid for any project?
It covers the scope described on this page. Larger projects (online shops, private areas, more than three languages) are quoted individually.
