FAQ
Before you book
What is an online dental consultation and how does it work?
It's a 60-minute video call session where Dr. Mario Parra thoroughly analyses your case: he reviews your radiographs (CBCT), answers all your questions, and gives you an expert second opinion on proposed diagnoses or treatments. You also receive a written report with personalised recommendations. All 100% online, from wherever you are.
Does the online consultation replace going to the dentist?
No. It is a guidance and second-opinion tool. It helps you better understand your situation, validate previous diagnoses, and learn about treatment alternatives before deciding. A physical examination at the clinic is still necessary for any treatment. Think of it as an expert compass before your final decision.
What do I need to prepare for my consultation?
Ideally: recent dental radiographs (panoramic or CBCT), previous diagnosis reports if you have them, and a list of your main concerns. Clear photos of the affected area are also useful. After booking, we send you detailed instructions and a secure link to upload your files.
Are my data and radiographs safe?
Absolutely. We use encrypted transmission systems that comply with European GDPR. Your radiographs and data are sent using private, encrypted links and stored on secure servers. Your medical privacy is our top priority.
What types of cases can be assessed online?
Second opinion on implants (titanium vs ceramic), orthodontics, endodontics, complex extractions, periodontal disease, amalgam removal, and biocompatible materials. We also advise on the connection between oral health and systemic health. Emergencies with acute pain require immediate in-person attention.
How much does the consultation cost?
The investment is €250 for a complete 60-minute session, including preliminary analysis of your documentation and the subsequent written report with personalised recommendations. An investment in clarity before making important decisions about your health.
In what languages are consultations available?
Dr. Mario Parra offers consultations in Spanish, English, and German. Ideal for international patients or expatriates looking for expert dental guidance in their native language.
How do I book my consultation?
You can book directly on this website by clicking Book Consultation — you will see real-time availability. You can also write to info@getnexacore.com or WhatsApp +356 7760 5042. You will receive immediate confirmation with instructions on how to prepare for your session.
This is not a formal diagnosis or an emergency service. Nexacore provides expert guidance and second opinions; final diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with the clinician responsible for your care.
